Information on data processing within JIRA

With this document, Frequentis AG informs you, the JIRA user, about the personal data Frequentis AG processes within JIRA while providing you with this service.

By using JIRA the following personal data will be processed:

• name, surname (Jira user ID)
• time needed by the user to complete a task
• specific task in the context of the project
• personal data contained in any free text field

Export, evaluation, or any other usage of other users’ worklog information by individual users is not permitted except where this is necessary for project related purposes.
The processing of this is based on Frequentis legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The purpose for the processing is to plan and allocate tasks in the context of project management.
We restrict the processing to what is necessary and to the purpose mentioned above.
The data will be retained as long as needed for the purpose and/or for the duration of any mandatory or contractual retention periods.
